Kusum Block Printed Saree

Bright orange flowers cover a pale base, with a wide printed border in red and orange. It is warm and full of colour.

Design: Hand block printed marigold-style flowers in orange and red with green leaves. Tall floral stems fill the body in rows, and a chain-like border in red and orange frames the pallu and edges.

Occasion: Festive days, pujas, weddings in the family and daytime ceremonies.

Style note: A yellow blouse brings out the orange, and a red or pink one adds depth. Gold jewellery suits it.

Wash care: Hand wash or machine wash in normal water, do not use bleach or harsh detergent. Dry on shade.
